The main features of bima sakhi yojana
- Special Plan for Women: This scheme is for women between 18 and 70 years of age, who live in rural and urban areas.
- Training and stipend: Selected women will be given special training for three years, including insurance products, financial literacy, and customer communication information. During this time they will also get monthly stipend.

- Third year: ₹ 5,000 per month
Additionally, insurance stories will receive commissions and bonuses on selling each policy. According to LIC’s official information, an insurance friend will be given a target of selling 24 policy per year, on the basis of which they can earn a commission of about ₹ 48,000 except bonuses. Experienced agents can earn an average of ₹ 15,000 to ₹ 21,000 per month.
